Welcome to Signal Cove Owners, Inc., a non-profit neighborhood association dedicated to promoting community engagement and maintaining the beauty and functionality of our neighborhood. As a Signal Cove Owners, Inc. member, you will have access to various benefits and activities. Our Monthly Newsletter keeps you updated on all the latest happenings in the neighborhood, and you'll have the opportunity to participate in various clubs and special events.
Our all-volunteer-run neighborhood association is committed to maintaining the common areas of Signal Cove and surrounding areas. We take care of our private boat ramp, floating docks, parking lot, walkways, lawns, and building equipment at the Signal Cove Event Center. We make an impact in our community. We have been successful in getting rid of the derelict boats in our canals, reducing the stray feline population and increasing association revenue from outside event rentals.
