Welcome to Signal Cove Owners, Inc., a non-profit neighborhood association dedicated to promoting community engagement and maintaining the beauty and functionality of our neighborhood.  Please review our annual membership options below and join us!

As a Signal Cove Owners, Inc. member, you will have access to various benefits and activities. Our Monthly Newsletter keeps you updated on all the latest happenings in the neighborhood, and you'll have the opportunity to participate in various clubs and special events.

One of the highlights of membership is the privilege to host an event at the Signal Cove Event Center for up to 50% of what you paid for your membership once annually, with a paid security deposit. This beautiful venue is perfect for parties, meetings, and other events. 
 

Our all-volunteer-run neighborhood association is committed to maintaining the common areas of Signal Cove and surrounding areas. We take care of our private boat ramp, floating docks, parking lot, walkways, lawns, and building equipment at the Signal Cove Event Center. We make an impact in our community.  We have been successful in getting rid of the derelict boats in our canals, reducing the stray feline population and increasing association revenue from outside event rentals.

In addition to maintaining the physical infrastructure of the neighborhood, Signal Cove Owners, Inc. also offers a range of activities and events for members. From yoga and book club to potlucks and dances, there's something for everyone to enjoy. We also offer discounted tickets to community events and encourage members to participate in our annual Coastal Cleanup and yard sales.
